Return or exchange requests can be accepted within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are unused, in their original condition, and packed in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Products marked as “Sale”, “Final Sale”, “Accessories”, or “Personal Care Products” are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they have a clear manufacturing defect. Additional return shipping fees may apply unless the received product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
