Refund and Return Policy

At Kholodia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we offer high-quality household appliances and kitchen tools worldwide, we provide a clear and transparent refund policy.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at shaarani1@kholodia.com with photo or video proof. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund right away.

3. Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at shaarani1@kholodia.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

5.Important Note for Cryptocurrency Payments:

Refund Method: If you paid using cryptocurrency (USDT / TRX), refunds will be processed manually to your crypto wallet. You will need to provide us with a valid wallet address matching the same network used during the purchase.

Network Fees Deducted: Please note that blockchain network/gas fees (transaction costs) required to send the refund back to your wallet will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Value Lock: Crypto refunds are locked and calculated based on the fiat currency (USD) value of the product at the exact time of purchase, not the current market rate of the cryptocurrency at the time of the refund.
